An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic individual to join Rolls-Royce in the role of ITOC Analyst . This is a demanding but rewarding role and you will be joining the team at a challenging and exciting time. You will provide 24x7x365 coverage of the R-R IT estate looking at event data for systems and clients. Daily checks are performed looking at IT health across the global estate. Support and where needed, supporting on Major Incident Management calls with the Ecosytem suppliers to ensure rapid recovery.

What you will be doing:

  • Take care of the ITOC ticket queue and allocated tickets.
  • Be effective in detecting, triaging, escalating and tracking IT events through to resolution.
  • Working closely with supporting third parties to ensure events have the correct ownership and are progressed to resolution.
  • Management of daily IT Operation checklists, system schedules and service reports.
  • Escalate and communicate service events in a timely, effective and professional manner.

For this role you will need to demonstrate understanding of the appliable health and safety standards and we are looking for someone who is/has:

  • Demonstrable service management experience and delivery of results in an operational or service delivery role.
  • Validated experience of vendor management (with an operational and / or service delivery bias).
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL processes.
  • Degree qualified or experience in a relevant discipline (SFIA L3).
  • ITIL or similar qualification in Service Management.
